In our last piece we poured out our enthusiasm for the loafer and why it is every woman’s must have, but with Stella McCartney launching a new women’s sports line with Adidas, we can now focus our attention on the statement sneakers. Not only are they comfortable to get from A to B (especially running around London in the cold) they can be a great stylish statement to your winter outfit. So don’t be afraid to whip out your old faithful sneakers from Nike to Adidas and match them with your favourite winter outfit, you might just surprise yourself!

In our selection below for your must have statement sneaker, we have chosen Giuseppe Zanotti golden sneakers (even though they are men’s sneaker we couldn’t help but share them), along with Max Mara’s new shoe collection and an ASOS classic white sneaker.

Double Breasted Blazer

A double-breasted blazer is something timeless that you can keep in your wardrobe for years to come. Seen on many fashion bloggers such as Victoria Tornegen, you can’t go wrong trying this piece out. Style.comlatest article on the double-breasted blazers also left many of us desiring this new winter piece.

This style of blazer stems from designer’s deconstruction masculine suiting into a more relaxed feel for women, and it’s a nice way to trade in your favourite trench for something new. So our favourite picks starts with a vintage Christian Lacroix piece from Farfetch, we then selected a sparkly grey number from ASOS for a touch of glamour, and our last selection is a sleek faux leather white blazer from Bettie Faux.

The OTT Beanie

Nothing lights up your mood more than vibrant colours during winter, giving you the perfect excuse to stray away from your daily black and white outfit, and the OTT beanie does just that. With the OTT beanie (over the top, for those wondering) you can splash a bit of colour, animation, comedy and pop art to your outfit. The best inspiration for this particular item comes from British supermodel and IT Girl Cara Delevingne, as every winter season she isn’t without one of her vibrant beanies.

For our first favourite ‘old faithful’ OTT beanie we selected an all grey statement beanie with crayon text from Markus Lupfer, we then selected a triangle print to add some detail to your outfit from Labour of Love The Beanie. And for a touch of dazzle, for our final selection we chose a crystal embellished beanie from Missguided.

We are always updating our favourite pieces from up and coming designers to the best top designers so keep up to date on our social media.
